Magnus Arroyo

  I created this website to showcase some of the work I have focused on over the past year or so. I've organized the site by topic, as you can see across the top, and include some pictures and links.

I am naturally curious. One thing I try to do is look at alternative ways to find a solution, whether with food, design or using new materials. My interest is to try things differently and turn them on their head. In an engineering technology class, I made a robot that could withstand another robot attack - we were to create a design that prevented damage or the flipping of our vehicles. Mine had only three wheels, and once I showed its strength to my class, other kids tried the same design. 

In the following pages I hope that you see some of the ways that I have used design for both practical and theoretical projects. Whether with furniture, t-shirt images, or materials for bridge supports, I try to be innovative and unconventional.
